Fused Glass Workshops

Make fused glass jewellery with the stunning colours of dichroic glass.

My workshops offer flexibility in cost and timescale to make unique pendants and/or brooches. I provide pre-cut shapes of glass and you have a fun & relaxing time picking through the trays of coloured glass to choose your unique combination of colour and design. The dichroic glass has metal layers that provide beautiful colours often displaying more than one colour in a single piece.

The basic workshop cost is £20 - £22 (depending on venue) and includes one pendant or brooch.  Additional items cost £9 each, payable on the day. You can make as many items as you wish within the workshop duration. At the end of the workshop I will take your items away to fire the glass in my kiln. Your items will then be returned to the venue within 2 weeks for you to collect (or can be posted).

Make a Fused Glass Curve workshop

Create your own unique and beautiful fused glass curve for yourself or as a gift. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those who've caught the fused glass bug! You will have up to 2 hours to create your masterpiece. In this workshop you'll create your own unique design on a pre-cut flat piece of glass 23x8cm. I'll have some ideas & examples to inspire you. I'll show you some basic cutting techniques to create your shapes, and give you tips on how best to get the finished look. Uncomplicated designs tend to work best. I will take your finished piece away to be fused in my kiln. It will be available for collection from the venue a couple of weeks after the workshop.

I'll bring some examples and photographs to inspire you and will demonstrate some basic glass cutting techniques. I will take your finished piece away to be fused in my kiln.
